Electrical Panels, Switchboards & Distribution Boards

Professional installation, replacement and upgrading of electrical distribution systems for homes and businesses.
Electrical safety first

The electrical panel is the heart of your property's electrical system. It distributes electricity safely to lighting, sockets, appliances and other electrical equipment. We install new electrical panels, replace outdated fuse boxes and upgrade existing distribution boards according to the needs of the property. We can also add new circuits, circuit breakers, residual-current devices and surge protection. Before starting the work, we inspect the existing installation and explain which solution is most suitable. Our goal is to provide a safe, clearly organised and reliable electrical system that is prepared for both current and future electricity needs.

An old, overloaded or incorrectly labelled electrical panel can cause recurring power outages, overheating and increased electrical safety risks. You may need an inspection or upgrade if fuses frequently trip, the panel becomes warm, you still have an old fuse box or you are planning to install equipment that requires additional electrical capacity. We provide solutions for private homes, apartments, offices, commercial premises and property owners. Every project is planned according to the installation, available capacity and intended use of the property.

Electrical Panel Packages

Clear fixed-price options for replacing or upgrading your electrical panel.

Each package includes the selected electrical panel, standard installation materials, connection of existing circuits, circuit labelling, testing and installation by a qualified electrician. The listed price applies to a standard installation in the same location, provided the existing wiring is in usable condition. Extra work—such as troubleshooting existing faults, moving the panel, installing new wiring, adding components beyond the selected package or repairing walls—is quoted separately. We always confirm any additional cost with you before the work begins.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about electrical panels, upgrades and safety.
Why is the electrical panel important for my property?
The electrical panel distributes electricity safely throughout the property and protects the installation against overloads, short circuits and electrical faults. An outdated or incorrectly dimensioned panel can affect both safety and reliability. Our company assesses the existing panel, the property’s electrical load and any future requirements before recommending the right solution.
How do I know whether my electrical panel needs to be replaced?
Common warning signs include frequently tripping fuses, heat, unusual smells, buzzing sounds, visible damage, limited capacity or an older fuse box without modern protection. Replacement is not always necessary, so we first inspect the installation and explain whether repair, upgrading or complete replacement is the most suitable option.
Can you upgrade an old fuse box without replacing the entire electrical system?
In many cases, yes. An older fuse box can often be replaced with a modern electrical panel using circuit breakers and residual-current protection while much of the existing installation remains in place. We inspect the wiring and connected circuits first to determine what can safely be retained and what requires improvement.
What is included when your company replaces or upgrades an electrical panel?
The work may include inspection of the existing installation, planning, removal of the old panel, installation of the new equipment, connection of circuits, testing, circuit labelling and a final functional check. Before starting, we explain the proposed work and provide a clear quotation based on the property’s actual requirements.
How long does the work take, and will the electricity be turned off?
The duration depends on the panel size, the condition of the existing installation and whether additional circuits or corrections are required. Many standard replacements can be completed within one working day. The power normally needs to be disconnected temporarily, and we plan the interruption carefully to reduce inconvenience.
Can you prepare the electrical panel for future power needs?
Yes. When planning an upgrade, we can consider future requirements such as kitchen appliances, heating systems, electric vehicle charging, smart-home equipment or additional rooms. Our goal is to provide a safe solution with suitable capacity rather than installing equipment that only meets today’s minimum needs.
Why should I choose your company for electrical panel work?
We focus on safe workmanship, clear communication and solutions adapted to the property—not unnecessary replacements. We inspect the existing installation, explain our recommendations in understandable terms and provide a transparent quotation before the work begins. The installation is tested and checked before completion.
